About PNGDAC

Papua New Guinea Digital Arrival Card (PNGDAC) is an online form that will be launched on 1 October 2025. It is designed to replace the traditional paper-based incoming passenger card and to streamline the entry process for travellers arriving in Papua New Guinea (PNG) by air at Jacksons International Airport (POM). This system aims to strengthen security measures, streamline immigration procedures, and support public health management, ensuring a seamless experience for international visitors.

Who needs to submit?

All travellers entering Papua New Guinea are required to complete the PNGDAC online prior to their arrival in the country.

When to submit?

Travellers can submit their arrival card information 3 days in advance of their arrival date in PNG.

What are the submission channels?

Travellers can submit the ​​PNGDAC through two channels: 
1. Website (Online) Submission
Travellers can submit their information using a laptop, PC, tablet, or mobile phone.
2. Self-Registration Kiosks upon arrival:
Travellers Who have not submitted the ​PNGDAC in advance can use the Kiosk service available at the airport.

-The ​PNGDAC is not a visa. For more information on general entry requirements, visit pngdac.ica.gov.pg. The use of PNGDAC is free of charge.

Upon arrival

Upon arrival in Papua New Guinea, travellers must present their passport and the PNGDAC submission confirmation to a Papua New Guinea officer for verification.
