Self-registration Kiosks on arrival

Travellers can use ​self-registration kiosks for
     - Individual submission: For travellers submitting a PNGDAC for themselves.
     - Group submission: For a group, travel agency, or family to submit PNGDAC information on behalf of others by filling out the required details for each person

For your information

1. All details must be entered in English.
2. For dropdown fields, you can type three characters of the desired information, and the system will automatically display relevant options for selection.
3. Please recheck your information every time you retrieve data from the passport biodata page (MRZ)
4. Please note that the PNGDAC is not a visa. 
5. Group submission can include up to 10 entries per submission.

How to submit via Kiosks

1. Click "PNGDAC" button. A pop-up will appear titled "Retrieve Personal Information with Passport."
2. ​Place your passport face down on the reader, with the first page facing down and the MRZ (Machine Readable Zone) at the bottom aligned with the scanner. The kiosk will automatically read and retrieve your personal information, including:
- First name and last name
- Nationality
- Date of birth
- Passport number
3. Traveller will need to provide additional information: Country of Birth and Occupation. then click "Continue".
4. Enter your trip information and accommodation information details, then click "Continue". 
5. Complete the Goods and Prohibited Items Declarations by answering all questions. If you are unsure, please declare "YES" and Then click "Continue." 
6. Enter your health status information as required, then click "Continue".
     - If the country you visited within two weeks before arrival, the country from which you boarded, your nationality, or your flight is listed by the National Department of Health (NDOH), the system will prompt you to enter the necessary health information.
7. Please read the declaration in its entirety and check the box to agree, then click "Preview" 
8. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting the form. Use "Edit" to modify information, "Delete" to remove entries. 
9. Enter your email address to receive the PNGDAC and select "Submit" when all information is complete and correct. Download the PNGDAC. You can also download or print a copy from the email address provided for the duration of your stay in Papua New Guinea.

- Date of birth
- Passport number
3. Traveller will need to provide additional information: Country of Birth and Occupation.
4. Please enter the personal information for Traveller 1, following steps 2-6 of the individual submission (Kiosk submission upon arrival) procedure. Subsequently, click the "Add Other Travellers" button to proceed with adding the next traveller’s information.
5. Please read the declaration in its entirety and check the box to agree, then click "Preview" 
6. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting the form. Use "Edit" to modify information, "Delete" to remove entries.
7. Enter your email address to receive the PNGDAC and select "Submit" when all information is complete and correct. 
8. Download the PNGDAC. You can also download or print a copy from the email address provided for the duration of your stay in Papua New Guinea.

Remark:
- Submitting as a group of travellers, everyone will be assigned a unique PNGDAC number. 
- All submitted information will be sent to the email address provided during the submission process.
