Website (online) submission

Travellers can submit their PNGDAC information in ​2 ways.
     - Individual submission: For travellers submitting a ​PNGDAC for themselves.
     - Group submission: For a group, travel agency, or family to submit ​ PNGDAC information on behalf of others by filling out the required details for each person

For your information

1. All details must be entered in English.
2. For dropdown fields, you can type three characters of the desired information, and the system will automatically display relevant options for selection.
3. Please note that the ​PNGDAC is not a visa.
4. Group submission can include up to 10 entries per submission.

How to submit via ​Website

1. ​Visit the website pngdac.ica.gov.pg
2. Check the box to verify you are human.
3. Click "PNGDAC" button.
4. Enter yo​u personal information, including passport details. Then click "Continue". 
5. Enter you trip information and accommodation information details, then click "Continue".  
6. Complete the Goods and Prohibited Items Declarations by answering all questions. If you are unsure, please declare "YES" and then click "Continue."
7. Enter you health status information as required, then click "Continue".  
     - If the country you visited within two weeks before arrival, the country from which you boarded, your nationality, or your flight is listed by the National Department of Health (NDOH), the system will prompt you to enter the necessary health information.
8. Please read the declaration in its entirety and check the box to agree, then click "Preview"
9. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting the form. Use "Edit" to modify information, "Delete" to remove entries.
10. Enter your email address to receive the ​​PNGDAC and select "Submit" when all information is complete and correct.
11. Enter your 6-digit OTP ​code that you received via email to confirm the submission. Then click "Confirm".  
12. Download the ​​PNGDAC. You can also download or print a copy from the email address provided for the duration of your stay in ​Papua New Guinea.

4. ​Please enter the personal information for Traveller 1, following steps 4-7 of the Individual Submission (Submitting on website) procedure. And click the "Add Other Travellers" button to proceed with adding the next traveller’s information.
5. Please read the declaration in its entirety and check the box to agree, then click "Preview"
6. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting the form. Use "Edit" to modify information, "Delete" to remove entries.
7. Enter your email address to receive the ​PNGDAC and select "Submit" when all information is complete and correct.
8. Enter your 6-digit OTP ​code that you received via email to confirm the submission. then click "Confirm".  
9. Download the PNGDAC. You can also download or print a copy from the email address provided for the duration of your stay in Papua New Guinea.

Remark:
- Submitting as a group of travellers, everyone will be assigned a unique PNGDAC number.
- All submitted information will be sent to the email address provided during the submission process.
